Jeremy Lockyer is the Tiverton Bahá’í. He became a Bahá’í in Tiverton at the end of April 1979. He works as a freelance editor and proofreader for two Bahá’í-owned companies: Intellect, which publishes academic journals on such subjects as film, world cinema, art and design; and George Ronald, the main publisher of Bahá’í books in the United Kingdom.
Jeremy spent nearly twenty years working in London and the South East where he served on three different Bahá’í local spiritual assemblies and a couple of national Bahá’í committees.
He is also a member of the United Nations Association.
A fellow Bahá’í, Bob Smith, lives in a small village just outside Tiverton.
